Saturday Registrations again this year!
The registration will take place at the Headquarters tent for your venue at least one hour prior to your first game.
Please take the time to read the Tournament Rules carefully. You are responsible for being aware of any information in that document. Below is additional information to help you in preparing for registration.
- You must provide your original 2010-11 seasonal year league roster, and two additional copies. The original will be returned to you, but it must be presented at check-in. Do NOT write on your original roster, but do include the necessary information for all guest players on your copies. You may also draw a line through any individual that will not be present for the tournament. The total allowable roster size of active players is listed in the tournament rules and on the sanctioning form. Again, do NOT write on your original roster. The roster copy that is signed at registration must be with you at all games.
- ALL player passes must be presented at registration. If you have a player that is a guest player from a recreational team, he/she will need a recreational player pass. All player passes must be with you at all games.
- Make sure that all jersey numbers are indicated on the roster. The jersey numbers must be unique and correspond to the jersey that will be worn by the player in the games.
- Medical release forms are required for all players. They must be presented at the registration and be present at ALL games. These forms do NOT need to be notarized. Please click here to view/print one version of a medical release form. If you already have a form with this same information available on it, you may use that alternate form.
- At registration, you must identify a cell phone number which may be used to contact you or another official on the team. If you do not have one, please be sure to provide the cell number of another person on your team.
- The Permission to Travel form must be presented at registration, if applicable. Please check the tournament rules to ensure your team is not required to present one. (If your team participates in ODSL, NCSL, WAGS or any other US Youth Soccer league in most of the Region 1 states, you will not need a Permission to Travel. See the Rules for any exceptions.)
- When you are at registration, you will pick up your game ball, and pay for and pick-up any pre-ordered t-shirts.
Thank you again for your support, and we look forward to seeing you on Memorial Day weekend!
