Each Academy team will need a POC to coordinate multiple team functions. These functions can be performed by different volunteers and does not have to be worked by only one person.
Team POC
Manages all team communications and works with the Academy Coordinator on behalf of the team.
Game Day Coordination
Coordinates with the opposing team on field directions, jersey colors and rain-out information.

From there you can enter the database and begin entering your teams information. You will select Girls or Boys North when prompted for affiliation.

Team Fundraising
Teams decide on which fundrasiers to do and how many. The listing is only a sampling of fundrasing ideas: SCRIP cards, Bake Sales, Concessions, Car Wash, Krispy Kreme, Yard Sales, etc.
Team Sponsorships
Teams will ask local business owners, doctors, dentists, etc to sponsor the team. The amount will vary and you do need to keep records on sponsors and fill out the appropriate forms with VSA.
